U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced the Importer Security Filing (ISF) Performance Reports are ready to be sent out.   CBP further advised the ISF Performance Reports will be sent to filers only.   
 
For those customers that John S. Connor filed the ISF, we will be forwarding the reports to customers once received from CBP and will continue to assist in obtaining full compliance by January 2010.
 
CBP also has advised identifying importers who have yet to file under the interim final rule’s 10+2 requirements and is planning on notifying such importers and encouraging them to file now so they are operationally ready for full implementation in January 2010.
