YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED TO COMPLY WITH 10+2 – DO YOU KNOW HOW?

In preparation for the 10+2 rule, John S. Connor, Inc. is taking measurable steps to assist our customers to comply with the new rule by enhancing our IT systems and business processes to be able to capture and transmit the new data elements.

John S. Connor is committed to developing data submission options that work best for our customers, whether they prefer to:

  • Nominate a third party to send the Importer Security F on their behalf
  • Designate John S. Connor, Inc. to transmit the necessary ISF information to CBP.
  • Keeping our customers informed regarding the requirements of the ISF and our progress in preparing for the new regulation.
The electronic solution, which is in development, will not only ensure that importers are able to submit required data elements in a timely and compliant manner, but will also help them manage the data in a central location, as well as add visibility to their supply chain.

Based on a customer’s specific processes, we are working on a variety of options to assist in making the Importer Security Filing requirements as seamless as possible. Your feed back is needed on providing the required data elements and to help us refine our Importer Security Filing service offering around your needs, please takes a few moments to answer the attached questionnaire.
