Please note that all JSC offices will be closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day.
In order for the Importer Security Filing (ISF 10+2) to be filed in a timely manner, please ensure that ISF filing information is submitted at least 72 business hours prior to loading of vessels en route to the United States. This will ensure that all information can be clarified and/or finalized, and we can avoid penalties from US Customs as a result of potentially late submissions.
The recommended schedule is as follows:
5/30 Vessel Load Date - 5/27 ISF Due
5/31 Vessel Load Date - 5/28 ISF Due
6/1 Vessel Load Date - 5/28 ISF Due
6/2 Vessel Load Date - 5/28 ISF Due
For filing ISF-5 (FROB cargo), they must be filed by origin stations within 24 hours prior to loading of the vessel. Please adjust any local filing timelines in accordance with local holidays.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns and contact our Compliance Team as needed.
Sincere thanks for your cooperation.
