If you anticipate filing a refund claim for CBMA import tax benefits, the Key Contact Information in TTB’s Permits Online system must be accurate and up-to-date, or you may experience delays in obtaining access to the CBMA importer refund claims system to file your claim and receive your refund. We encourage you to verify or update your Key Contact information by March 17, 2023 to avoid any possible delays.
