Tariff Rates

Product Origin: The term “Products of” Mexico will be defined by the Department of Homeland Security in a separate Federal Register notice
Duty Drawback: No duty drawback will be allowed for the additional tariffs paid
De Minimis Shipments: Section 321/de minimis (less than $800) shipments are allowed, due to an amendment.

Canada

– Additional duties: These tariffs are in addition to any other applicable duties, fees, and charges

Duty Drawback: No duty drawback will be allowed for the additional tariffs paid.

On March 3, 2025, an Executive Order (EO) was issued by the Trump Administration modifying EO 14195, to increase the current 10 percent tariff to 20 percent on goods of China origin. Below is a summary and breakdown of the tariffs:

– Additional duties: These tariffs are in addition to any other applicable duties, fees, and charges
Product Origin: The term “Products of” China will be defined by the Department of Homeland Security in a separate Federal Register notice
Duty Drawback: No duty drawback will be allowed for the additional tariffs paid
De Minimis Shipments: Section 321/de minimis (less than $800) shipments are allowed, due to an amendment
